Winner of each contest will receive an item of equal or lesser value (to be determined by Robert Huttinger) if the original cannot be furnished due to circumstance beyond my control. Winner will be notified prior to shipping and may waive shipment of alternate item, thereby, a claim to any prize.

There will be no refunds of shipping costs, except in the case where nothing of equal or lesser value can be shipped in the items stead.

If another item has to be shipped, there will be no refund, or addition, of shipping costs if they differ from original shipping quote, to the actual item shipped.
